With over 20 years of combined experience and expertise, Cindy holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism/Communications and a certificate in secondary education from Sam Houston State University.She is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International’s Advanced Corporate Coaching Program and is a member of the International Coach Federation, HR.com, International Association of Coaches and Coachville.Cindy is certified/qualified in a variety of training programs ranging from leadership and coaching to customer service, in addition to a number of assessment tools. Amy’s primary career is that of Vice President of Learning and Development for a Fortune 50 Financial Services Company, where she heads up talent management, organizational and leadership development for ten business lines.She has her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University International.
With over 20 years of experience, Amy has been recognized repeatedly for her strategic vision and for adding value to leadership and management programs.She has helped hundreds of leaders to achieve exceptional results by working with them to improve their leadership effectiveness and tie personal initiatives to business objectives.Amy is certified/qualified in a variety of training programs ranging from leadership and coaching to customer service, in addition to a number of assessment tools.
